Shoaibee Overseas Consultants Private Limited (“the Company”) offers travel packages, and the refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:

a. If the Company fails to provide the agreed-upon travel services within the specified timeframe.
b. If the client cancels the travel package before the commencement of the trip.

2. Refund Process
